I made the most delicious breakfast sandwich today!

I'm between shakeology shipments, so I had to make something else.

This was SO good I wanted to eat, like, 10 more.

-roast kale drizzled with olive oil and sea salt at 400 until crisp (bout 5 mins)

- cook one egg over medium

- Add sliced avocado to toast (I prefer Ezekiel bread)

- top with egg

- top egg with a tad of shaved Parmesan and roasted kale

SO SO SO good.

I might just have it for dinner too!
