Ok, so I jumped on the Vegetti train!

This dinner was so delicious!

Sautéed the zucchini "noodles" with baby bella's, garlic, olive oil, and smoked sun dried tomatoes

Roasted Brussels sprouts and summer squash in the oven with olive oil, sea salt, garlic and pepper

Tossed it all together, and voila!

Super tasty!
