This white velvet soup is SO soul warming, delicious and EASY!
Beet, apple, carrot is my absolute FAVORITE juice! I juiced a quart and a half to have for a few days. It's funny how the new me thinks of this as a treat to be excited about when I have it on hand. I think cold pressed juice seems like an indulgence because to pick one up at the store is pretty pricy...but not when you whip it up yourself!
